My husband and I are looking for a new apartment. Our daughter will be going to school for the first time next fall and we want to make sure that we are in a good public school district. Where are the boundaries?
The New York City Department of Education has an extensive website that outlines almost every aspect of education. http://schools.nyc.gov/ Aside from the boundaries, the site includes enrollment information, school days, and contact details so that you can tour the school. It also lists each school’s “report card” showing how the school measures up against other similar school in other areas.
