Explore New York City!

Flowers are blooming, birds are singing, and there is a feeling of renewal and rebirth in the air. May is the perfect time to explore this wonderful city. The New York City Official Visitor’s Information Center at 810 Seventh Avenue (between 52nd and 53rd Streets) is a great place for ideas. With 100’s of free brochures detailing museums, theatres, and all manner of attractions the Visitor’s Center is a great place to find out what New York City has to offer. While the big attractions are all featured, you will find tons of information on lesser known theatres, museums, parks, and event, many of them offering discounts to students and families.

The NYC Official Visitor’s Center is also a place to pick up a free copy of the New York City Guide which includes coupons for restaurants, shops, hotels, and discounts on admissions for museums, theatres and attractions. While this is a great resource for those new to the Big Apple, the Visitor’s Information Center and the New York City Guide provide enough information and discounts to seduce even the native New Yorker.
