This fall, The Nouveau Native’s No Fee New York annual guide book series celebrates its 3rd year in print. In the first two years, over 1000 copies have been sold, making it one of the most popular regional rental title in print! This year, with the tightest rental market in recent memory, The Nouveau Native’s No Fee New York series will be an even more invaluable guide for renters seeking housing options without having to pay the high brokerage fees.
We look forward to making the 2008 series the most successful yet and are busy compiling data to provide even more information for renters! So far we have included over 150 landlord and management companies that represent more than 10,000 rental units in and around Manhattan. Expect a November 1, 2007 release for the 2008 series.
